Click to download and print the schedule and forms. Please bring the completed Family Faith Formation Commitment form and Archdiocese and Parish Information form to first class; or, feel free to drop off at the parish office earlier in an envelope addressed to me. Thank you!
Children in this sacramental program are also invited to attend the Family Faith Formation evenings on the second and third Thursday of each month from 4:30 to 5:30, September through April.

4th Sunday of the Month is the 10:30am Family Mass for ALL STJF Faith Formation families. The dates are: Sept 27, Oct 25, Nov 22, Jan 24, Feb 28, and Apr 25. There will be NO Family Mass in December and March due to scheduled community service events for all Faith Formation grades. See the Faith Formation tab for community service dates.
Families are welcome to participate in the Mass as lectors, greeters, and gift bearers.
Following Mass, there will be coffee/juice and donuts in the church hall. Please reach out to Cindy Bryan, Faith Formation Coordinator for Grades K, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 if your child would like to participate.
